Wanting to vacation beachfront on Panama City Beach, Florida... This home rental is located just next door to Splash Resort at the West-end of Panama City Beach and can sleep up to 7 people. You will enjoy the privacy of your own piece of beach paradise with no elevators, no large crowds all while parking at your vacation retreat, two floors with no one above you, no traveling to get to your accommodations.

Still have the month of December 2011 available for month rental stays.

BEDDING ARRANGEMENTS: This vacation home can accommodate up to 7 people.

MASTER BEDROOM has a KING bed which is located beachfront facing, has a private full bathroom and private gulf front balcony.

GUEST BEDROOM has bunks beds which are both full beds for the top and bottom with a private full bathroom.

LIVING AREA has a FULL sleeper sofa bed.

Also this beachfront vacation home is small dog friendly with a $40.00 pet fee.

Kitchen area comes fully stocked with cooking pans and utensils for your fresh catch of the day. Just of the kitchen is a separate hall bathroom with a washer and dryer. Dining area is also off the kitchen which can seat up to 4 people.

Both the living area has large 52" flat screen cable television and a 34" flat screen television in the Master bedroom...This vacation rental home also comes with wireless internet for your use while vacationing.

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN VACATION PLACE RENTALS PROPERTIES - VACATION PLACE RENTALS in Panama City Beach is proud to offer a smoke-free vacation environment. While smoking is permitted outside on patio/balcony areas. It is NOT peritted inside any of our vacation rentals. We take special care to ensure each home is SMOKE-FREE. For this reason an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $200.00 for smoke remediation will be assessed IF at the end of your stay, it has been determined that smoking has occurred inside the property.
